RB Cloud Storage - Files/Folders sharing with external parties and internal user

RB Sharing Policies

Sharing mode are:

1. Share Link : copy a link and send it at person who you want to share including the password you’ve type. The password protection is enforced.
   Expiration period set as default at max 120 days ( 4 month) can be reduced but not extended.
2. Share with Mail address: the mail recipient will receive 2 separate email, one with the link to connect with RB ITALY CLOUD and second with password to access to the content shared.
   Expiration period set as default at max 120 days ( 4 month) can be reduced but not extended. The password protection is enforced.
3. Share with Next cloud User. No expiration period is settled by default, no sharing password is required.
