First, we need the DUO SECURITY ENROLLMENT email that will be sent to you by the office ICT beforehand. In via preliminare, necessitiamo della mail DUO SECURITY ENROLLMENT che vi sarà inviata dall’uff. ICT preventivamente.




ENGLISH ITALIANO
To activate the MFA you need to do the procedure from the workstation/laptop not from mobile/tablet. So , once received the enrollment e_mail please click on the link , at web page appeared please click on START SETUP. Obbligatoriamente dal PC, cliccare sul link riportato nella mail e, dalla nuova pagina del web browser, cliccare su START SETUP.

Select MOBILE PHONE (recommended) e click on CONTINUE Scegliere MOBILE PHONE (recommended) e cliccare su CONTINUE

Enter the company mobile number assigned to you. A small box will appear to "check" to confirm the correct number then press CONTINUE. Inserire il numero telefonico aziendale. Apparirà un piccolo riquadro da “baffettare” per dare conferma del numero corretto. Premere CONTINUE.

Select which type of Smartphone you are using. The company phones provided are ANDROID. In case of exceptions like IPHONE obviously select IPHONE and click on CONTINUE.

Indicare che tipo di Smartphone si utilizza. I telefoni aziendali sono tutti SAMSUNG quindi ANDROID. In caso di eccezioni come IPHONE selezionare ovviamente IPHONE e cliccare su CONTINUE.

Arrived at the following step, you must then go to the company phone then

Arrivati al seguente passaggio, bisogna poi passare al telefono aziendale quindi

FROM THE SMARTPHONE go to the PLAY STORE click on PLAY STORE, search for the DUO MOBILE app and click on INSTALL.

ONLY AFTER INSTALLING THE DUO MOBILE APP, you can go back to your PC and click on "I have Duo Mobile installed"

Arrived at the following passage,

DALLO SMARTPHONE andare sul PLAY STORE cliccare su PLAY STORE, cercare l’appDUO MOBILE e cliccare su INSTALLA.

SOLO DOPO AVER ISTALLATO L’APP DUO MOBILE, si potrà torrnare sul PC e cliccare su “I have Duo Mobile installed”

Pick up the phone and perform
step 1: open DUO MOBILE APP
step 2: Tap the "+" button
step 3: SCAN THE BAR CODE on the web page.

At the end of the procedure, you will have the following picture:

Giunti a questo punto prendere il telefono aziendale ed effettuare i seguenti passi
step 1: open DUO MOBILE APP
step 2: Tap the "+" button
step 3: SCAN THE BAR CODE on the web page.
